Once you have placed PO and if you cancel the order before installation, cancellation charges to be paid by client are 25% of Order value. Once the engineer reaches at client site for installation and if you cancel the order, cancellation charges to be paid by client are 50% of the Order value. If Order is cancelled after package is installed, cancellation charges to be paid by client are 100% of the Order value.

No college specific customization is possible in the package for any college. * No guarantee of data lost because of Virus, Hardware & Electricity problem. We advise that your staff should take daily backup of data on other computers using our Backup utility. *It is advisable that college should use On line UPS instead of Invertors for stable supply to your computers. This will improve life & reliability of your computer & will be reduce maintenance cost. * We recommend licensed OS & upgraded antivirus. * We do not supply Computers, UPS, stationary etc. Still you should confirm from us latest computer specs, printer specs, stationary specs etc. especially when you are procuring new machines for our packages.
