What is CCMS?

Centralized College Management System is leading the way in education sector revolution by allowing information to be shared throughout an institution in real time. Tasks that once required usage of lots of paperwork and files such as attendance records, examination marks, report cards, notices, time-tabling, and discipline tracking can now all be centralized under one integrated data management system and distributed to the appropriate users through secure, permission-based log-ins.

How do I access the CCMS application?
Just as you would access your email, similarly, you would be able to access CCMS anytime, anywhere through a standard web browser with a single intelligent Login.

How do I implement CCMS in my institution?

Our CCMS Implementation Team (ADEs - Application Deployment Engineers) will help you determine which sections of CCMS need to be configured to your particular needs. What is a web based Hosted Solution?
CCMS is a hosted Centralized College Management System, which simply means that the PC servers used to run CCMS are located at a secure data centre, and you access CCMS and your information over the Internet using a web browser. This solution is very similar to using your web based email like Yahoo/Rediffmail or Internet banking or booking your railway ticket through Indian Railways website.
